Instructions
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.

- Blend on high until smooth; add more liquid if needed for desired consistency.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve for smoother juice if preferred.
- Serve immediately over ice, garnished with extra mint leaves or lime slices.
