- 2 black tea bags
 - 2 cups water
 - 4 cardamom pods
 - 1 cinnamon stick
 - 2 cloves
 - 1 tsp ground ginger
 - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
 - 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
 - 2 tbsp honey (or to taste)
 
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine water, cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, cloves, and ground ginger. Bring to a gentle boil.
 - Add black tea bags and reduce heat. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
 - Remove from heat; stir in honey and vanilla extract until dissolved.
 - Pour in your choice of milk while stirring gently.
 - Let the mixture cool completely before serving over ice.
