Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of filtered water in a medium saucepan.

  3. Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve, discarding the flowers.
  4. While still warm, stir in your preferred sweetener until dissolved.
  5. Add ¼ cup of fresh lemon or lime juice to elevate the flavor; adjust sweetness if desired.
  6. Chill by pouring into a pitcher filled with ice or refrigerate until cold.
