Ingredients
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
 - 4 cups filtered water
 - 1/4 cup honey (or sugar, adjusted to taste)
 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)
 
Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a saucepan.
 - Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers. Let steep for 15-20 minutes.
 - Strain into a pitcher, discarding the petals, and cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
 - Stir in 1/4 cup lemon or lime juice.
 - Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
