- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- ½ cup milk (whole, almond, or coconut)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the mangoes, yogurt, milk, and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Add cardamom powder and blend again until frothy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness/thickness as needed.
- Serve over ice in tall glasses, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
