Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • ½ cup milk (whole, almond, or coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the mangoes, yogurt, milk, and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add cardamom powder and blend again until frothy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness/thickness as needed.
