- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust based on taste)
- 2 cups water (divided)
- 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender buds
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and dried lavender buds. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl, pressing to extract liquid.
- In a pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice and sugar until dissolved to create the lemonade base.
- Add the strained lavender infusion and the remaining 1 cup of water to the pitcher. Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice-filled glasses and garnish with lemon slices.
