- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 medium banana, ripe
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing the strawberries and removing their stems.
- In a blender, combine strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or yogurt.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
