Instructions
- Wash tomatoes and cilantro under cool water. Chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and dice the avocado carefully.
- For a milder flavor, sauté the diced red onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (3-4 minutes).
- In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, avocado, sautéed onions (if using), and cilantro; mix gently to avoid mashing the avocados.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad and toss gently until well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate briefly if needed.
