Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly. Peel the kiwi and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Thread the fruit pieces onto wooden skewers in an alternating pattern for visual appeal.
- Preheat the grill over medium heat if grilling; cook skewers for about 3-4 minutes per side until grill marks appear. Alternatively, chill in the fridge if serving cold.
- Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle with any remaining honey-lime glaze before serving.
