- 4 cups fresh seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Wash and cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Crumble the feta cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon cubes, crumbled feta, and chopped mint.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad mixture; toss gently to coat without smashing the watermelon.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
