- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare your steak by cutting it into uniform bite-sized cubes and seasoning generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then add the seasoned steak bites without overcrowding the pan.
- Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir continuously for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove from heat, toss in chopped parsley, and serve immediately while warm.
