Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef brisket
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 8 large Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1 cup kimchi
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix beef brisket with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill marinated beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side until charred but tender.
- While grilling, wash and dry Bibb lettuce leaves.
- Assemble wraps by placing grilled meat in lettuce leaves; top with green onions, sesame seeds, and kimchi.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious wraps!
