  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef brisket
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 8 large Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix beef brisket with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and sugar. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill marinated beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side until charred but tender.
  4. While grilling, wash and dry Bibb lettuce leaves.
  5. Assemble wraps by placing grilled meat in lettuce leaves; top with green onions, sesame seeds, and kimchi.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the delicious wraps!
