  • 8 butter lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, and gochugaru until combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Place sliced beef in a resealable bag with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  3. Heat Your Grill: Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Beef: Cook marinated beef strips on the grill in batches for about 2-3 minutes per side until charred and cooked through.
  5. Prepare Lettuce Wraps: Wash and dry butter lettuce leaves to use as wraps.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Transfer grilled beef to a platter and serve with lettuce leaves, green onions, and sesame seeds.
