Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté onions and garlic until golden brown.
- Add the seasoned beef tips; sear until browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring constantly. Gradually add beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce; mix until smooth.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until tender. Adjust seasoning before serving.
