- 4 pita breads
- Juice of 2 lemons

- 2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts to coat well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare Tzatziki Sauce: Grate cucumber and wring out excess moisture using a towel. Mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and chopped dill until combined.
- Cook the Chicken: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
- Warm Pita Bread: While the chicken rests, warm pita bread on a skillet or grill for about 1 minute per side.
- Assemble Gyros: Slice the chicken into strips and place in warm pita bread. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and add toppings like diced tomatoes or lettuce if desired.
- Serve & Enjoy: Plate your gyros with extra tzatziki on the side for dipping.
