Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Moisten your hands slightly and shape the mixture into small meatballs (about 1 inch in size). Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, prepare your favorite sauce (like marinara or BBQ) and warm it on the stove. Toss the finished meatballs in the sauce before serving.
