- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Prep the veggies: Wash the green beans and baby potatoes thoroughly. Trim the ends off the beans and halve the potatoes.
- Season the chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well.
- Sauté chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Add vegetables: Toss in halved baby potatoes and green beans around the chicken in the skillet. Pour in chicken broth until just covered.
- Simmer together: Reduce heat to low, cover with a lid, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until everything is tender.
- Serve hot: Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!
