- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 lime wedges
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).
- Increase heat to medium-high and crumble in ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in diced bell peppers, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook until peppers soften slightly (about 3-4 minutes).
- Serve the beef mixture over bowls of hot cooked rice.
- Top each bowl with chopped cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
