- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 (6 oz) box Stove Top stuffing mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, chopped onions, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle additional ketchup over the top for glazing.
- Bake for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
