Instructions
- Cut the steak into uniform 1-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the steak cubes in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the marinated steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until desired doneness is achieved.
- Let them rest briefly before serving with toothpicks.
