- 1 lb tender steak (sirloin or filet mignon)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak pieces in batches until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Lower the heat, add minced garlic and butter to the skillet. Stir until fragrant.
- Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
