Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into ½-inch thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well-coated.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini and gently mix again.
- Spread the zucchini on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
