Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- 2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- 3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- 5. Combine pasta with the sauce, tossing well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
