- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Tortillas (flour or corn)
Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain into thin strips. Chop bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; sprinkle generously over the steak.
- Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil until shimmering.
- Sear steak in the skillet without overcrowding for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Add bell peppers and onions; stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until crispy-tender.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture before serving.
