  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1 medium cucumber (grated and drained)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill weed (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into cylindrical forms around soaked skewers.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
  4. For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
