- 1 lb ground Halal beef (lean)
 - 1 small onion (finely chopped)
 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 2 tsp cumin powder
 - 2 tsp paprika
 - Salt and pepper (to taste)
 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat)
 - 1 medium cucumber (grated and drained)
 - 2 tbsp fresh dill weed (chopped)
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
 - Shape the mixture into cylindrical forms around soaked skewers.
 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned.
 - For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt with grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
 - Serve kebabs hot with tzatziki on the side.
