Instructions
- 1. Prepare your ingredients: Chop bell peppers and mince garlic.
- 2. Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 3. Add aromatics: Stir in minced garlic and Cajun seasoning for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 4. Mix in veggies and pasta: Add chopped bell peppers and cooked pasta, stirring to coat everything in the flavors.
- 5. Create the sauce: Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 6. Finish with cheese: Mix in freshly grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
