Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken for 7-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in another skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing cooked chicken onto each tortilla and topping with preferred ingredients.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
