- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop garlic and green onions.
- Sauté the chicken: In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Cook seasoned chicken thighs for about 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Add aromatics and broth: Stir in minced garlic; sauté for about 1 minute. Then add chicken broth and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Incorporate noodles: Add ramen noodles and red chili flakes, cooking until noodles are tender (3-4 minutes).
- Create the creamy sauce: Lower heat; stir in cream and lime juice, simmer for another 3 minutes.
- Garnish & serve: Ladle into bowls, top with green onions, and enjoy hot.
