- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and green onions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked through, reduce heat to medium and add sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Stir gently to coat the chicken.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
