- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Gather and chop all ingredients; cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce and half of the minced garlic for about 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
- In a bowl, combine remaining garlic, Thai chili sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and cilantro to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over cooked chicken; simmer for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra cilantro or lime wedges.
