- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning (about 2 tbsp)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press seams together to form a crust.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and mix in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the crescent dough, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then add toppings: diced tomatoes, green onions, lettuce, and sour cream.
