Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk until just combined.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries without crushing them.
- Pour batter into muffin tins until two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool on wire racks before serving.
