Instructions
- 1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Create your dressing: In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth.
- 3. Toss it all together: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine with the dressing. Toss gently until each leaf is coated.
- 4. Add croutons and parmesan: Sprinkle croutons and parmesan over the salad and toss lightly to mix.
- 5. Serve immediately: Transfer to a serving bowl or individual plates and enjoy while fresh.
