Instructions
- Gather all ingredients; finely chop the garlic and squeeze the lemon juice.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken thighs with harissa paste, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated evenly.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for up to 4 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place marinated chicken on a lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest briefly before serving with roasted veggies or couscous.
