Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the cream cheese until smooth, stirring for about 3-5 minutes.
- Gradually add the shredded cheddar and pour in the beer, stirring until melted and well combined (about 5 minutes).
- Mix in garlic powder and optional hot sauce for extra flavor.
- Fold in chopped green onions just before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
