Instructions
- Prepare your bread machine by ensuring the pan is clean.
- Add the wet ingredients: mashed bananas, eggs, and oil or melted butter into the pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Layer the dry mixture over the wet ingredients without stirring.
- Select the “quick bread” cycle on your bread machine and start it.
- Once baked, cool the loaf on a wire rack before slicing.
