- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let cool slightly before shredding into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- In a large serving bowl, layer mixed greens as the base. Top with chopped celery, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and green onions.
- Gently toss all ingredients together. Drizzle ranch dressing on top or serve it on the side.
