- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 tbsp butter
- Celery sticks (for serving)
- Blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each wing in the coating mixture until fully covered.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and mix in buffalo sauce.
- Toss baked wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
