- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
 - 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup (low-sodium if desired)
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
 - Add broccoli florets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until bright green.
 - In a bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
 - Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli, stirring to coat evenly.
 - Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with panko breadcrumbs mixed with olive oil and remaining cheddar cheese.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
