  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the dish. Top with deli ham and Swiss cheese.
  3. In a bowl, mix milk, sour cream, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour over layered ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter if desired.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
