- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the dish. Top with deli ham and Swiss cheese.
- In a bowl, mix milk, sour cream, mustard powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour over layered ingredients.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
