Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, dried herbs, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them until fully covered.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F) or your oven to 400°F.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve immediately with sides like grilled vegetables or rice.
