- 2 large eggs (room temperature)

- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate frosting (homemade or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9-inch round baking pans.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Create a well in the center and add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool in pans for about 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
