- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink.
- Stir in frozen corn and cream of mushroom soup; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with frozen tater tots in neat rows and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
