Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly before mixing in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully blended.
- Gradually add the melted butter mixture to the dry ingredients while stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the greased pie dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving warm with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
