Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter.
- Butter one side of each bread slice generously.
- Place cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides facing out.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; check the crust frequently.
- Flip carefully and grill the other side for another 3-4 minutes until crispy and melty inside.
