Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by dicing the vegetables and cutting the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add chopped carrots, celery, and diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add dried thyme. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 6-8 minutes).
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
