- 4 New England-style hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and celery until well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Optional: add fresh dill or chives.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Toast the buns cut-side down until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes).
- Generously fill each bun with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges.
