- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (about 1 oz)
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, and diced tomatoes. Stir until blended.
- If desired, fold in diced jalapeños for extra spice.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth out evenly. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
