Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prep by chopping green onions and cubing the tofu.
- In a pot over medium heat, combine dashi broth or water; bring to a gentle simmer.
- Whisk in the miso paste until fully dissolved to ensure even flavor distribution.
- Gently fold in the cubed tofu and rehydrated wakame, warming through for about 3-5 minutes without boiling.
- Just before serving, sprinkle sliced green onions on top and stir gently.
