Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), thinly sliced
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers; cook until soft and golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add ribeye slices. Cook until browned (3-5 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
